First Class Childcare in Burntisland is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for children.
- Support children's learning and development through play and meaningful experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality early years care and education.
- Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments in line with current early years guidance.
- Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and inclusion at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised Early Years qualification is preferred.
- We will also consider applicants who are not yet qualified but have relevant experience working within an early years setting and a genuine passion for childcare.
- A positive, reliable, and caring approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and providing the highest standards of care.
