We’re looking for Store Management – and yes, we’re looking for someone who can handle the chaos!
We are on the search for Store Management to join our restaurant in Skipton.
That’s right — we’re looking for someone who can keep the team moving, customers smiling, standards high and the bread baking… all while somehow knowing where the missing sauce bottle has disappeared to.
As part of our Store Management team, you’ll be at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll help lead, coach and develop the team, make sure our customers receive an experience worth coming back for and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You won’t be sitting in an office all day — you’ll be working alongside your team, jumping in when the lunch rush hits and making sure the store is performing at its best.
What will you be doing?
- Leading, motivating and developing your team to be the best they can be
- Creating a positive and enjoyable environment where your team actually want to come to work
- Delivering fantastic customer service and making sure every customer leaves happy
- Supporting sales, labour, food costs, stock and overall store performance
- Making sure our food safety, hygiene and Subway standards are always on point
- Training new team members and helping them build their skills and confidence
- Keeping the restaurant looking its best — because nobody likes a messy sandwich shop!
- Solving problems quickly and keeping calm when things get a little… busy
- Taking responsibility for your shift and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Bringing your own ideas to the table to help grow the store and make it the place to go in Skipton
We are very interested to speak to you if you:
- Are a confident, friendly person with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Have previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within hospitality, retail or food service
- Love working with people and know how to get the best out of a team
- Have high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and customer service
- Are organised, reliable and able to keep your head when the lunch queue starts growing
- Have a passion for SUBWAY and take pride in delivering great food and great experiences
- Aren’t afraid to get stuck in and lead from the front
