Silverways Nursing Home is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team. You’ll deliver person-centred care, supporting residents with daily living, promoting independence, and maintaining their wellbeing.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team
- Attend training to maintain and develop your skills
Who We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Leadership potential to support new staff
