Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated local Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals their own homes. This is a full time role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in care environments is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support clients in accordance with personalised care plans to ensure their wellbeing and comfort
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a friendly and respectful environment
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition
- Assist with light household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring safe transportation
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Skills
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable
- Knowledge of developing or following care plans tailored to individual needs
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication
- Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen empathetically and convey information clearly
- Organisation skills to manage daily routines efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
This role is ideal for caring individuals seeking part-time work who are committed to delivering compassionate support while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. The hours will include one shift on alternate weekends and evenings. We offer excellent rates of pay and 55p per mile.

Pay: £15.45-£17.77 per hour
