Duty Manager (Part-Time)
Excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a fun, adrenaline packed atmosphere as a Duty Manager at our Karting / Escape Game Over centre in Newbridge (this role may require cover shifts at both our Larbert and Newbridge centres so travel flexibility is required!)

Salary Band from £13.50/hour.
Responsibilities include:
Overall responsibility and management of track and reception area ensuring a 5 star customer service, including the safety and enjoyment for customers during their visit to the activity.
Managing / Directing race events or practice sessions (including delivering safety briefings & fitting helmets) and upselling our products to customers.
This role will involve marshalling on track / in the pit area during race events as required.
Ensuring centre is safe and clean.
Positive, polite and energetic interaction with customers and upselling our products.
Delivering various event safety briefing’s to various groups sizes and reading results for presentations.
Key skills:
Able to work in a fast paced customer facing environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to cope under pressure.
Using computers to assign customers / reading indemnity forms to ensure safety standards are met.
A good level of health & fitness as role can be physically demanding. Full training will be given.
This role is based on working approx 6hrs - 16hrs per week. The role will involve flexible shift patterns, usually midweek evenings (6pm-10pm) and working a 7hr shift at weekends between 9am - 11pm.
The successful candidate is required to deliver excellent customer service, have a hands on approach, the ability to learn new skills, excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. Full training will be given.
