Red Clean has been providing professional exterior cleaning services for over 20 years. With a team of over 20 staff and a fleet of more than 15 company vehicles, we've built a reputation for delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our growing team. Experience is an advantage but not essential – if you've got the right attitude, a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional team.
The Role
You'll carry out a range of exterior cleaning services, including:
- Window cleaning using water-fed pole systems
- Gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Roof and exterior surface cleaning
- Commercial and residential exterior cleaning
- Providing excellent customer service on every visit
No two days are the same, and you'll be working across a variety of residential and commercial properties.
What We're Looking For

- Physically fit and happy carrying out manual outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Someone looking for a long-term career rather than a short-term job
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Full UK driving licence
- Applicants must be eligible to drive company vehicles under our current fleet insurance policy

Working Hours
Our team starts from our Milton Keynes depot at 7:00am, with a standard 8-hour working day from base.
