Triumph Consultants are looking for a
Senior Parking Officer to support the management of parking services, income collection and enforcement processes for their client. Contract is for
3 months in Woolwich, London,
SE18 6HQ .
Senior Parking Officer
Pay Rate: £19.30 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 35 Monday – Friday
Contract length: 3 months
Location: Woolwich, London, SE18 6HQ
Hybrid working: Candidates will be required to attend the office 5 days per week for initial training. Hybrid working may be available after, however this will be at the managers discretion.
Key Requirements
- Experience in parking, enforcement, income collection or a similar administrative service.
- Experience supervising, supporting and training staff.
- Good knowledge of financial procedures, legislation and data protection requirements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deal confidently with the public and other organisations.
- Good IT and record-keeping skills, including the ability to produce reports and maintain accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and support the day-to-day management of the parking service, deputising for the manager when required.
- Manage parking permits, passes, vouchers, income and recovery processes, ensuring records are accurate.
- Carry out audits and inspections of on and off-street parking facilities and report maintenance issues.
- Deal with parking-related queries, complaints, correspondence and PCN representations, including preparing information for appeals and court hearings.
- Work with internal teams, the public, DVLA, PCFL and other organisations, while supporting new procedures and service projects.
