Eight families. One trusted adult. A different shape of early years practice. We're seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years practitioner who is looking to progress their career. We are particularly interested in childminders looking for a change and to join a passionate team.
We’re a nature-based setting based at The Fold, Bransford, Worcestershire. As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be treated as a true professional.
You’ll hold a caseload of eight families and follow those children as they grow - no handing them on at each transition. You get to know each child and family properly, and stay alongside them.
What you’ll need
- Level 3 Early Years, or Level 2 with a commitment to progress
- Two years across the early years age range, ideally outdoors
- A strong grasp of child development, attachment and social pedagogy
- Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding, or the willingness to complete both

30 hours, Monday to Thursday.
The work is physical and outdoors: kneeling, lifting, carrying young children, and all weathers.
