Late Shift Warehouse Operative
Due to continued growth and increasing demand we're excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join us.
We are a specialist Warehousing & Distribution company based in Totton, Southampton.

Key duties include:
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all goods are stored safely and correctly in designated warehouse locations.
- Palletise stock in accordance with company procedures and health and safety standards.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport goods throughout the warehouse.
- Assist the Goods In department with loading and unloading vehicles, receiving deliveries, and processing incoming stock.
- Check supplier paperwork and inspect received goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
- Undertake manual handling duties, including the safe lifting and movement of heavy loads.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across all warehouse areas, contributing to a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous forklift experience is essential, however, we offer fully accredited external Pivot Forklift training for all successful applicants.
- Knowledge of working within a warehouse or a similar environment is a must.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Sunday to Thursday: 16:30 – 01:00
- Includes paid breaks and one unpaid lunch break
Salary
- £15.00 per hour.
- Enhanced overtime rates available depending on shift/day worked
