Flotech Heating & Plumbing are looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer and Plumber to cover Dunmow, Bishops Stortford and surrounding postcodes. This is a permanent, full time field position offering consistent, managed workflow with full back-office support.

Our office team manages all bookings, scheduling, and customer contact, allowing you to focus on the work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Gas Boiler Installations
- Vented/Unvented Cylinder Installations
- Gas boiler breakdowns, fault finding, servicing, and general maintenance
- Landlord gas safety checks (CP12)
- Customer-facing work with a focus on quality and satisfaction
- All work carried out in compliance with manufacturer's instructions and current gas regulations
Working Pattern
- Travel to different sites as required
- Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Mon-Frid
Work Location:
- Field work around the Dunmow areas and surrounding
Required Qualifications — Full ACS
All of the following must be held:
- CCN1 — Core Gas Safety
- CENWAT — Central Heating & Boilers
- CKR1 — Cookers
- MET1 — Gas Meters
- G3 — Unvented Cylinders
Other Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in domestic boiler breakdowns and fault finding
- Valid UK driving licence (required)
- Own tools, including hand tools, drills
- Strong understanding of unsafe situation procedures (AR/ID)
