Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, professional and experienced Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly
- Serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy
- Preparing and presenting drinks in accordance with established standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar stations
- Handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables during service periods
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Providing friendly assistance to guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations when appropriate
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality at least for 1 year
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and bills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
