Key Responsibilities:
Client Consulting: Manage client relationships, understand business challenges, and provide strategic recommendations that support organizational goals.
Business Analysis: Conduct market research, data analysis, and operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
Project Delivery: Lead consulting projects from initial planning through implementation while maintaining quality, timelines, and client expectations.
Strategic Recommendations: Develop reports, presentations, and business solutions that help clients make informed decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, leadership teams, and project stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical approaches to improve business performance.
Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in consulting, management advisory, business strategy, operations, or a related professional services environment.
Consulting Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and present recommendations clearly.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and client deliverables.
Analytical Ability: Strong research, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Professional Approach: A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, management, economics, finance, or a related field preferred.

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
