The Role
This is more than pulling pints.
From 9am coffee service through to late-night drinks, you’ll be delivering great service across the whole venue, including our hidden cellar bar. With a drinks-led offer (plus snacks and pastries), it’s all about consistency, personality, and attention to detail.
You’ll be:
- Delivering friendly, confident, and efficient service
- Making and serving drinks , from coffee to cocktails
- Creating a great atmosphere for every guest
- Supporting busy services and keeping things running smoothly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Getting involved in events and bringing energy to the floor
What We’re Looking For
You bring the energy, we’ll help you build the skills.
You’ll likely have:
- Experience in a pub, bar, café, or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Confidence interacting with customers
- A genuine interest in drinks, coffee, and hospitality
- A team-first mindset and willingness to get stuck in
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
