We opened our first store in Dalton in 2019 and have since opened stores in Ulverston, Millom, Barrow and Kendal.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Ulverston store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This store is fast paced with plenty to be doing while on shift.
Duties
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide information about products to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Inventory management and stock rotation
- Key holder responsibility
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is desirable
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be self motivating as lone working
- Strong work ethic is essential.
- Must be able to provide work references at interview stage
Working Hours - 14 hours per week
Thursday 2.45pm-5.45pm
Friday 2.45pm-6.45pm
Saturday 1.45pm-5.45pm
Sunday 1.45pm-4.45pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
