Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
You’ll own paid social delivery across a portfolio of clients from strategy through to execution, optimisation and reporting. You’ll work across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest, building campaigns that drive performance and deliver against client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across key platforms
Own client relationships, including reporting and performance discussions
Develop clear, results-driven strategies (targeting, budgets, testing)
Manage campaign spend and ensure efficient delivery against budget
Collaborate with wider teams on cross-channel activity
Bring fresh ideas to improve performance and stay ahead of platform trends
Skills and Experience
3+ years in a paid social role
Strong platform knowledge (Meta essential; LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest desirable)
Experience across eCommerce and/or lead generation
Confident analysing data and turning insights into action
Comfortable presenting to clients and managing relationships
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
Experience with tracking, GA and campaign reporting
