We’re looking for an Aesthetic Therapist to join our Cobham clinic.
Wellface is an award-winning, doctor-led aesthetics and skin health clinic known for delivering natural, refined results. Our focus is on long-term skin health, collagen stimulation, and combining treatments to achieve real, lasting outcomes.
This role is suited to an experienced therapist who is confident in advanced treatments and looking to step into a more results-driven, treatment planning environment.
You will be working with a high-value, loyal patient base and delivering a range of advanced treatments including Hydrafacial, RF microneedling (Morpheus8), BBL laser, skin peels, and regenerative treatments such as PRP, exosomes, and polynucleotides.
We are looking for someone who can confidently assess skin, carry out detailed skin analysis, and support the creation of long-term treatment plans to deliver consistent, visible results.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2–3+ years experience in a high-end aesthetic or skin clinic
- Experience with advanced technologies including Hydrafacial, Morpheus8 and BBL laser
- Confident in skin analysis and supporting treatment planning
- Strong treatment delivery with attention to detail
- A patient-focused approach with good communication skills
