We are seeking compassionate and reliable Night Sitters to provide overnight care and support to elderly clients in their homes. This role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients during night hours, allowing them to remain independent in a familiar environment. You will work closely with clients and their families to deliver person-centred care, responding to their needs with empathy and professionalism. Our customer base is throughout South Devon including Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Experience is desirable but not essential. You will be comprehensively trained in our very own Academy. Full time and part time positions available. Shifts can be 9-12 hours . You will be required you to work every other weekend. We operate a subsidised transport service to and from your night sit to ensure you are safe and not reliant on public transport.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany customers to appointments and outings
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform caregiving tasks
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures
