An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of School to lead a highly successful international secondary school in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a prestigious leadership position for an outstanding educational leader with a proven track record of raising standards, inspiring staff, and delivering excellent outcomes for students.
This role is not suitable for teachers or leaders in the early stages of their career. We are seeking an established secondary school leader who has already held the position of Head Teacher or Head of School within a mixed secondary school and is ready to take on an exciting international leadership challenge.

The Role
As Head of School, you will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of the secondary school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, student achievement, safeguarding, and pastoral care. You will lead and inspire a talented team of educators while working closely with senior leaders to drive continuous school improvement.
You will champion academic excellence, foster a positive and inclusive school culture, and ensure every student is supported to reach their full potential.
We are looking for a Head of School who has:
- Previous experience as a Head Teacher or Head of School within a mixed secondary school (essential)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Significant senior leadership experience within secondary education
- A proven record of improving academic outcomes and school performance
- Outstanding leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Experience leading large teams and managing whole-school operations
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop both staff and students
- Experience working within an international or British curriculum environment would be advantageous
