Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential care or relevant field
- Relevant professional qualifications; HNC Social Care and SVQ level 3 Social Services (Children and Young People or equivalent are essential.
- SVQ level 4 Social Services (Children and Young People or equivalent is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- A trauma-informed approach and understanding of complex behavioural needs
- Ability to work flexibly participating in sleep over shifts and on call which will involve weekend working.
- Full UK driving license
