- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
- Drive between different locations if required for home care visits, ensuring timely and reliable service delivery
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members
- Basic IT literacy for maintaining accurate records and updating electronic care plans
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual needs with empathy and professionalism
