Role Purpose
Support safe handling, sorting, storage, and preparation of surplus goods. This role ensures goods are processed efficiently and prepared for redistribution while maintaining strong safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Unload deliveries and organise incoming stock.
· Conduct quality checks on goods.
· Sort and store goods in designated warehouse areas.
· Prepare stock for transfer to the store or for delivery.
· Support stock counts and general operational tasks.
· Maintain clean and safe working areas.
Skills / Requirements
· Ability to work safely in a physically active environment.
· Willingness to follow procedures and safety rules.
· Attention to detail and reliability.
· May receive additional training to use moving and handling equipment such as pallet trucks and trolleys.
