Service Advisor
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year
Location: Newark
Hours: 08.00am-17.00pm / Alternate Saturdays: 08.00am-12.00pm (included in salary)
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy HGV workshop in Newark.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with technicians regarding work progress
- Providing updates and cost estimates to customers
- Raising job cards and invoices
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or similar automotive/commercial vehicle role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Knowledge of HGVs or commercial vehicles would be advantageous

- Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
