ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and experienced Landscaper to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality work, and we need someone who shares our passion for perfection and high standards.The ideal candidate must be capable of taking full ownership of a project, running it independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management: Ability to run a job from start to finish, planning workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Setting Out: Accurately setting out levels, setting up string lines, and ensuring precise measurements are maintained throughout.
- Hard Landscaping: Expertly laying all types of paving, including slabs, block paving, setts, and natural stone, ensuring perfect alignment and finish.
- Soft Landscaping: Preparing ground correctly and laying turf to create flawless lawns.
- General Duties: Carrying out all aspects of general landscaping efficiently and professionally.
- Site Standards: Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience within the landscaping trade.
- Attention to Detail: METICULOUS attention to detail is ESSENTIAL. You must have a keen eye for perfection and take immense pride in the quality of your finish. We do not cut corners.
- Initiative: Ability to work alone, problem-solve, and drive the job forward efficiently.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of materials, groundworks, and landscaping techniques.
- License: Must hold a valid driving license.
