£13.50 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay

About the Service User
Our client is looking for experienced staff to join an established team. Our client has various complex needs, but this doesn’t stop him. When there is double care in place for social activities, our client likes to go out in the local area. The ideal candidate needs to be bubbly, fun loving with a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a personalised care plan
- Complex interventions needed, training will be provided
- Assist with personal care
- Support with mobility
- Offer companionship and reassurance
- Communicate with the office team
- Keep care records up to date
- Work closely with family members to maintain consistency
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with complex care
- Training in medication assistance
- Moving and handling knowledge
- Confidence with equipment used in the home
- Calm, patient approach
- Good communicator
- Comfortable working one-to-one
- Someone who can bring reassurance and consistency
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be 18 or over
- Previous experience
