Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Multi Sports Coach to join our team. This role involves delivering engaging sports coaching sessions across a variety of sports, fostering teamwork, and inspiring participants of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent teaching abilities, and a commitment to promoting healthy activity and personal development through sport. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions across multiple sports, ensuring activities are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable.
- Provide clear instruction and demonstrate techniques to participants of varying ages and abilities.
- Motivate participants to achieve their personal best while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Organise equipment and ensure all sporting activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a positive environment that encourages participation, confidence, and fun.
- Assist in organising sporting events or competitions as required.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents during sessions.
Skills
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a community or school setting.
- Strong knowledge of multiple sports with the ability to adapt coaching styles accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants effectively.
- Organised with the ability to plan sessions that cater for different age groups and skill levels.
- Enthusiastic team player with a professional attitude towards coaching responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends if required.
- A recognised coaching qualification or willingness to undertake relevant training is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
