Overview

Duties
- Operate CNC lathe to produce complex parts according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings and Fusion models to set up machining operations accurately.
- Programming experience with either Mazatrol or Fanuc.
- Perform routine inspections of machined parts, utilizing hand tools and measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain proper tooling, tool changes, and machine calibration for optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling power tools, hand tools, and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery, familiarity with programming is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly.
- Proficiency in reading Engineering drawings.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and tooling for setup and finishing tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control checks.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
