Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of fresh, quality items
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to food safety protocols at all times
- Manage multiple tables or orders efficiently through effective time management and organization
- Handle cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Keep the dining area tidy, organized, and inviting for all guests
Experience
- Previous barista experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
- Serving experience in a fast-paced environment is a strong asset, showcasing excellent customer interaction skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks confidently and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing cash drawers
- A proactive attitude toward learning new skills and working as part of a team
