Audit Senior – Accountancy Practice

We are working with a well-established accountancy and audit practice in Manchester that is looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join its growing team.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced auditor who wants responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to lead audits from planning through to completion.
The Role
- Leading audit assignments from planning to final sign-off
- Managing on-site audit teams and mentoring junior staff
- Reviewing accounts, tax computations, VAT and PAYE
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a key contact
- Ensuring audits are completed to a high technical and regulatory standard
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or QBE)
- Strong audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
- Confident leading audits and managing workloads
- Technically strong, organised, and client-focused
- Comfortable mentoring and supporting junior team members
