The Opportunity
Depending on your experience and preferences, you could be supporting pupils in:
- EYFS, KS1, KS2 or Secondary.
- Mainstream or SEND provisions.
- One-to-one support roles.
- Small-group intervention programmes.
- Whole-class classroom support.
Your Responsibilities
You may:
- Support pupils to remain engaged and make strong academic progress.
- Deliver targeted interventions in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils who require additional guidance.
- Support pupils with SEND where appropriate.
- Assist teachers in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
Who We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in hearing from:
- Experienced Teaching Assistants.
- Learning Support Assistants.
- Behaviour Mentors.
- SEND Teaching Assistants.
- Graduates who already have experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
Applicants should have:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people through a school, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, childcare, or youth work.
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
