Firepit Rocks is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to oversee late-night bar operations and ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality service. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the venue independently during night trading hours. Pay is negotiable based on experience and role fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise late-night bar operations
- Open and close the venue; act as key holder
- Complete cashing up and end-of-night reconciliations
- Lead and support bar staff during shifts
- Break management
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
- Handle customer issues professionally
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar environment
Essential Requirements
- Previous supervisory or senior bar experience
- Availability for late nights and weekends (essential)
- Experience with opening and closing procedures
- Confident with cash handling and cashing up
- Trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable as a key holder
- Strong communication and leadership skills
