We are seeking an experienced Senior Teamcenter System Administrator to join our Business Systems team. This is a key technical leadership role responsible for the administration, development, optimisation and governance of our Teamcenter and associated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem.

The Opportunity
You will act as the subject matter expert for Teamcenter, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT partners and third-party suppliers to deliver robust, scalable and secure PLM solutions that support the complete product lifecycle from design through manufacture and sustainment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PLM professional who is passionate about driving continuous improvement, enhancing engineering systems, and delivering business value through technology. Martin-Baker is heavily investing in Teamcenter technology, this will be a great opportunity to help design future systems.
This role is based onsite working from Denham, hybrid options can be discussed after six months.
What You’ll Do
Within the role you’ll be fully involved with activities relating to:
- PLM & Teamcenter Development.
- System Administration & Support.
- Continuous Improvement Activities.
- Governance & Documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant knowledge and experience of providing/sustaining databases and engineering application environments running on Windows.
- Through understanding of the engineering development cycle, including design, manufacturing, quality and PLM landscape.
- Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP.
- Knowledge of project management systems such as Planisware.
- Efficient in Teamcenter BMIDE/TEM/Deployment Center.
- Working knowledge of NX CAD and CAM Configurations.
- Able to influence decisions and drive best-practice adoption across the organisation.
- Share and demonstrate the Martin-Baker values.
