Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the Warrington area to support a individual with complex needs in their own home.
Shifts:
Day Shift - 1:1
Wednesday & Sunday 10am-6pm
To support with Annual leave too.

All training will be provided by our team of experienced and qualified personnel.

Key role & responsibilities:
Keep the individual well and safe by being responsive, caring and aware of the individuals care needs at all times
Provide appropriate levels of healthcare as trained, keeping the individual's health and well being as your focal point at all times.
Enable and empower the individual wherever possible, safe and appropriate.
Effective liaison between the individual, their family, healthcare professionals, management team and your team to provide a consistent approach that meets the needs of the individual.
Promote independence, take and actively seek opportunities to engage in activities to stimulate and engage the individual - be creative!
Monitoring and maintaining records.
Essential requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Ability to work as a team as well as individually
Valid UK Driving licence
2 Valid references
2 Forms of ID
Eligible to work in the UK
Willing to qualify - Level 2/3 health and social care diploma.
Preferable (Non-Essential):
DBS Certificate (Update Service)
NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent

Pay: £13.60 per hour
