HJPM, a small independent property management company based near Wimbledon Park is looking for a Property Manager/PA to join their small team to manage a portfolio of around 30 properties. We generally don't recruit from the industry.
This role is not for the faint hearted, there is a lot of juggling, some hard days but it is very satisfying to know you've made a difference to people's lives. There's a real sense of achievement when a project/task is done well.
Customer service and attention to detail is important to us as is flexibility and the ability to muck in and get things done. We are on site 30% of the time, you will need a UK driving licence and car for work, we pay mileage and expenses. We work closely as a team. You will need to be a good team player!
The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity and interest in residential property and be happy to be involved in all aspects of property management, solving problems and enjoying the autonomy of running their own diary.
