Job Summary
We are a leading wedding videography and photography company based in East London, and we are looking for a confident, professional, and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a key front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for clients managing enquiries, booking consultations, and closing sales.
Alongside sales responsibilities, this role also includes office management, ensuring our headquarters is clean, presentable, and welcoming for all clients who visit us for face-to-face meetings.
We want someone who is organised, well-spoken, well-presented, and genuinely passionate about helping clients capture the most important memories of their lives.
Duties
- Handle all incoming enquiries via phone, email, CRM, and social media quickly and professionally.
- Contact and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Conduct phone and in-person consultations, clearly explaining our packages and services.
- Maintain and update client information using our CRM system.
- Send professional, well-structured emails to clients and respond promptly to all communication.
- Work collaboratively with the admin and marketing teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
- Meet sales targets and earn commission on confirmed bookings.
- Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with organisational goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, products, and services
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and professionally presented at all times for client meetings.
- Maintain basic office supplies, organisation, and day-to-day operational smoothness.
- Support management with general office duties when required.
- Assist the team with social media content planning and engagement strategies.
- Provide feedback from client conversations to help improve campaigns and promotions.
- Understand trends and customer behaviour to support marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - this is a must.
- Exceptional communication skills - confident, clear, and professional.
- Well-presented, well-dressed, and confident with front-facing roles.
- Highly organised with strong time-management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong people skills - able to build trust quickly and speak to clients from all backgrounds.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service ability.
- Able to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday are mandatory.
- Must be proactive, ambitious, and keen to learn new skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative.
- Proven experience in sales Minimum 3 years, preferably within a similar industry sector
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
