About Beleaev
Beleaev is a premium fine food and gourmet e-commerce brand based in the UK. We sell caviar, seafood, truffle, wagyu and other high-end delicacies to private customers, chefs, events and hospitality clients.
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing / PPC Specialist who can take ownership of our paid growth across Meta, Google and Amazon, with a clear focus on profitable acquisition, ROAS and business payback.
This is not a role for someone who only optimises clicks or reports surface-level metrics. We need someone who understands margins, AOV, CAC, conversion rate, repeat purchase and how paid media affects the real business.
What You Will Own
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and Amazon Ads
- Build campaigns for premium food, gourmet products, gifting and seasonal demand
- Improve ROAS, CAC, conversion quality and contribution margin from paid channels
- Audit existing campaign structure, tracking, attribution and budget allocation
- Create testing plans for creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and product categories
- Work with Shopify data, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Merchant Centre and Amazon Ads
- Identify which campaigns should be scaled, fixed, paused or killed
- Build simple weekly reporting focused on decisions, not vanity metrics
- Collaborate with founder and marketing team on offers, product positioning and Q4 campaigns
Must Have
- Proven performance marketing or PPC experience in FMCG, food, beverage, grocery, gourmet, luxury food or similar physical product categories
- Direct experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with UK or USA consumer markets
- Strong understanding of e-commerce unit economics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, CVR, margin, payback
- Ability to work independently and make clear recommendations
- Comfortable with part-time, remote, founder-led business environment
- Strong English communication
Strong Plus
- Amazon Ads experience for food, grocery or premium consumer products
- Experience with Shopify stores
- Experience with Google Merchant Centre and Shopping / Performance Max
- Experience with premium, luxury or gifting products
- Understanding of seasonal retail peaks: Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, Easter
- Experience improving landing page conversion alongside paid media
What Success Looks Like
- Paid spend is allocated only where there is a clear path to profit
- Meta, Google and Amazon campaigns have clean structure, tracking and reporting
- ROAS and CAC decisions are tied to margin and business payback
- Underperforming campaigns are diagnosed quickly and not allowed to burn budget
- We have a clear paid growth plan for Q4 and seasonal gifting campaigns
Working Style
This is a remote role. We expect a senior, practical specialist who can work with limited supervision, challenge assumptions and explain what needs to change in plain language.
You will work directly with the founder. We value clarity, ownership and commercial thinking more than agency-style decks.
Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
