We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our growing team at MOLLY MAID CROYDON AND COULSDON .
This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our domestic cleaning franchise, based in Kenley, Croydon .
The ideal candidate will possess
- strong organisational skills
- excellent communication abilities,
- proficiency in various computer programmes.
- Enjoy cleaning ( as may need to cover staff holidays and during busy periods )
- HAVE A FULL CLEAN UK DRIVING LICENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
- LIVE WITH IN 15/20 MIN TRAVELL BY CAR TO CR8 POSTCODE
This role will start as a maternity cover and may have the potential to develop into a more permanent position
Hours will be from 9.30 to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday,so perfect for school hours candidate and is a really lovely company to work for. (Please note this is NOT a termtime only contract)
Duties
- Managing and maintaining accurate records on our system from customer records, staff records
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
- Invoicing and matching customer payments to cleans done .
- Dealing with staff enquiries and managing the teams schedules and activities. Hence Previous staff management experience will be beneficial
- Managing email communications and responding promptly to internal and external queries . Hence office Experience or administrative background is preferred
- Strong computer skills preferredExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
This role is suitable for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support a busy office environment. Prior experience in administrative roles will be considered an asset.
