Head Barista – New Italian Concept, Shoreditch
Full-time | Approx. 42 hours per week£12.50–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
We’re launching a new Italian café, deli, sandwich and bakery concept in Shoreditch and are looking for an exceptional Head Barista to join our founding team.
You’ll take ownership of the coffee bar and café floor — making great coffee, keeping the bar running smoothly, looking after equipment and everyday bar stock, and creating a warm, personable experience for customers.
We’re starting with a small team, so we need someone with personality, a can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. When the coffee bar is quiet and another area is busy, everyone helps.
What we’re looking for:
- An experienced barista who makes excellent coffee
- Friendly, confident and great with customers
- Organised and comfortable taking ownership of the bar
- A genuine team player who is happy to help wherever needed
The opportunity: We plan to grow quickly. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with us, helping launch new locations, train future baristas and ultimately oversee coffee standards and barista teams across multiple sites.
We’re looking for someone who wants to join at the beginning and become a key part of what we build.
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
