Lead Our Installation Team and Deliver Outstanding Projects Across the UK
Are you an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality projects?
We're looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee our Furniture Installation Teams on Build to Rent developments across the UK. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

As this role involves regular travel and working away from home, we provide comfortable, fully equipped "home from home" accommodation so you can relax after each day's work.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise furniture installation teams on projects across the UK.
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads to ensure installation targets are achieved.
- Manage all site deliveries, including unloading, checking, and distributing furniture.
- Plan efficient green routes and identify suitable storage locations for deliveries on each project.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure apartments are completed in line with the agreed programme.
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure installations meet company and client standards.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site rules, company procedures, and health and safety legislation.
- Update the Fieldwire app daily with proof of deliveries, installation progress, completed apartments, and any issues affecting the programme.
- Maintain accurate site records and ensure all project information is kept up to date within Fieldwire.
- Provide regular progress updates and maintain clear communication with the Site Manager and Head of Operations, highlighting any delays, shortages, or site issues as they arise.
- Liaise with site management, contractors, and clients to maintain excellent working relationships.
- Support, motivate, and develop installation team members.
- Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects running smoothly while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supervising installation, furniture fitting, construction, or a similar site-based team.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Age 25+ (for vehicle insurance purposes).
- Full UK Driving Licence (required).
- CSCS Card (preferred).
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working away from home on a regular basis.
- A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
