We are an independent, 58 bed modern purpose built care home in Poole, Dorset and we have been providing care locally for over 40 years.
We were the first purpose built nursing home in Dorset and became the first nursing home in Dorset to receive an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission. We also have Platinum Gold Standards Framework accreditation.
You will need to be a registered nurse and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, have a broad understanding and knowledge of current best practices and requirements, and have enthusiasm and desire to enhance the well-being of our residents.

The interview process will consist of two stages:
1) An initial interview with the home manager, Laura
2) Second interview with the home manager and nominated individual.
