Are you a confident, professional individual with a valid SIA Door Supervisor license? Join our team and help us maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and customers at a well-established retail store in the heart of Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a reassuring presence at store entrances
- Monitor customer flow and prevent theft or anti-social behavior
- Handle incidents calmly and professionally, defusing potential conflicts
- Work closely with store management and emergency services where necessary
- Report writing and incident logging
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, approachable, and alert presence
- Previous retail or front-of-house security experience is desirable
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
