Join a high-performing Corporate Group acting for a diverse client base, including multinational corporates, financial investors, fast-growth businesses and entrepreneurs. The team advises on a broad range of high-quality transactional and advisory matters, offering exposure to both domestic and cross-border work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Solicitor (up to 2 PQE) to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you will benefit from early responsibility, direct client contact and involvement in complex and high-profile transactions.
Responsibilities

Assisting on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions for UK and international clients.

Supporting venture capital and private equity investments, including due diligence and transaction execution.

Drafting and negotiating key corporate documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and subscription agreements.

Assisting overseas clients with the establishment and structuring of UK operations and transactions.

Supporting group structuring and corporate reorganisation matters.

Contributing to joint venture arrangements and strategic partnerships.

Providing general corporate advisory support to clients on a wide range of matters.

Undertaking legal research and preparing client-facing documentation and briefings.

Building effective internal and external relationships, including direct client interaction from an early stage.

Contributing to the growth of the team and office through business development activities.
Experience and Knowledge
-
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – 2 PQE), with a seat or experience in Corporate law.

Exposure to corporate transactions, ideally including M&A or investment work.

Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and a commercial approach.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Confident communicator, with a professional approach to client interaction.

Strong academic background and a genuine interest in developing a career in Corporate law.

Collaborative team player with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
