We're looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to become a part of our growing team.
This is much more than a traditional TCO role. You'll be the trusted guide for our patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them feel informed, supported and excited about achieving their smile goals. Working alongside our clinicians, you'll play a key role in converting treatment plans, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring every patient receives a five-star experience.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll:
- Be the main point of contact for patients from their initial enquiry through to treatment completion.
- Conduct pre-consultation appointments to gather patient information and prepare patients for clinician consultations.
- Present treatment plans confidently, explaining treatment options, costs and finance solutions in a clear and supportive manner.
- Help patients make informed decisions by reinforcing clinicians' recommendations.
- Follow up outstanding treatment plans to maximise case acceptance and maintain excellent patient communication.
- Coordinate consultations and treatment appointments, ensuring smooth diary management.
- Process treatment deposits and manage payment plans accurately.
- Maintain detailed patient records, treatment discussions and financial agreements.
- Welcome and support patients attending complex or high-value treatment appointments, ensuring consent forms are completed and patients feel reassured.
- Work proactively with clinicians, reception and management to ensure an exceptional patient journey.
- Monitor Treatment Coordinator KPIs including treatment conversion rates and maintain accurate TCO reporting.
- Promote practice services, membership plans and finance options.
- Manage the practice's social media presence with engaging daily stories and weekly content.
- Ensure all work complies with GDC, CQC and practice policies.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Senior Receptionist or in a dental patient-facing role.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is confident discussing treatment costs and finance options.
- Has exceptional organisational and diary management skills.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Is proactive, positive and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Has a good understanding of private dentistry and patient journeys.
