Summary
We’re on the lookout for a Duty Manager with equal parts passion and polish to join our crew at The Boat Country Inn. You’ll be the steady hand steering the ship — keeping daily operations running like clockwork, championing guest satisfaction, and ensuring our signature Highland welcome shines through in every stay.
Responsibilities
- Keep daily operations smooth, seamless, and stress-free (just like our guests’ experience).
- Lead and inspire our team to deliver service so good, guests might just stay forever.
- Handle inquiries and complaints with the grace of a seasoned pro.
- Juggle staff schedules, training, and teamwork to maintain our top-notch standards.
- Make sure health and safety rules are followed to the letter.
- Collaborate across departments to make every guest’s stay delightfully memorable.
- Keep an eye on supplies and lend a hand with ordering when stocks run low.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading the charge in a hospitality setting.
- Leadership skills that motivate, empower, and occasionally save the day.
