Demonstrable experience in a graphic design, marketing or creative role
A portfolio of print and digital design work demonstrating range and quality
Experience producing publications or documents using Adobe InDesign
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience of building or maintaining SharePoint sites or intranets
Experience of email marketing platforms and campaign delivery
Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
Experience working in or alongside a charity or values-led organisation
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to take a brief and manage multiple projects and deadlines independently without close supervision
Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
Work within the boundaries of IMPAKT’s policies and procedures
