About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team at Cricklade House Hotel & Spa. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation while helping to create an exceptional guest experience.
Working on a flexible, casual basis, you will assist with the cleaning and preparation of guest bedrooms, public areas and hotel facilities, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to company standards.
- Change bed linen, make beds and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure all public areas, corridors and guest facilities are clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Report maintenance issues, damages or lost property to the appropriate department.
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
- Work efficiently to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
- Support colleagues and other departments to maintain excellent service standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays as required.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest service.
