We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our team.
This dual-role position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, assisting the sales team and managing credit control. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
The Role:
· Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product availability
· Managing customer accounts and credit control
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales orders, quotations, and customer correspondence
· Setting up new supplier accounts
· Assist in the processing of sales orders, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately
· Maintain customer records on their system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
· Manage general office operations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for any issues
· General administration
The candidate:
· Previous experience in an administration role
· Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
