We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference & Banqueting Administrator to join our team at The Royal Bath hotel. This historic 207-room hotel, established in 1838, is renowned as Bournemouth's first hotel. Nestled in secluded grounds with breathtaking sea views, The Royal Bath Hotel offers a prime location on the Bournemouth coast, with easy access to the nearby town centre and train station while immersing yourself in the hotel's picturesque surroundings.

Your duties will include:
- Promoting and selling our conference and event facilities to new and existing clients.
- Delivering sales targets and business objectives set by your manager.
- Coordinating weddings from initial booking through to the big day.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Liaising with the operational team to ensure client requirements are communicated effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date administration and event records.
- Scheduling appointments for the Sales Managers.
- Conducting client meetings and show rounds of the hotel's conference and event facilities.
- Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to promote in-house events and activities.
The successful candidate will have:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous sales experience, ideally within hospitality or events.
- A good understanding of hotel operations and event management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for sales.
- Confidence using social media platforms to create engaging content.
