We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner (Bank) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction areas, including floors, windows, fixtures, and workstations to ensure a tidy workspace.
- Remove debris, trash, and waste materials regularly to maintain cleanliness throughout the site.
- Sanitize common areas and ensure that restrooms and break zones meet hygiene standards.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely.
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal in accordance with safety protocols.
- Monitor the site for potential safety hazards related to cleanliness and report issues promptly to supervisors.
- Support the overall organization of materials and tools to facilitate smooth construction operations.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures specific to construction sites is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or vacuums safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
