Requirements: We are seeking to employ a full time Junior Packaging Artworker to support our Head of Design and Marketing
Below is a summary of our requirements.
Position:
Junior Packaging Artworker – Full time / Office based (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
· 60% Art working pre-existing documents creating packaging for the Kodak Brand in response to production demand keeping within the stringent Kodak Branding guidelines. Additionally checking proofs, pre-pressing documents, retouching images for literature, Creating physical working mock-ups in house.
· 30% Creating new product packaging concepts, product imagery, brochures, event collateral, online marketing, editing and creating sales presentations and POS ensuring consistency across the range.
· 10% Amazon Asset & TikTok video content editing/ creating (for holiday cover)
· Understand the department’s quality management and file management systems and employ a methodical approach to archive management and file organisation.
· Ensuring that all executions are produced in a customer focused manner with regard to readability, usability, functionality and performance.
Knowledge and Skills required
· 1+ years previous experience in a similar role within a studio environment
· Experience in art working print ready design, specifically, brochures, POS and other printed media
· Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and using MS Office
· Experience working with CapCut, After Effects, Acrobat, WordPress, Dimension is ideal but not essential
· Good Eye for detail, colour, composition, working with established branding guidelines, cutter guides and knowledge of the printing process
· An ability to react to a fast-changing environment, where fast turnaround on creative elements and feedback is often required.
· Great people skills and able to work collaboratively within a team
· Ability to problem solve and follow creative direction
· Educated to degree level or equivalent (in a creative discipline) is advantageous
· Portfolio required for presentation at interview
Hours:
Monday to Thursday – 9.00am to 5pm
Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm
Holidays
20 days per year plus 3 days for Christmas and 1 for birthday

Salary: £28,000 p.a depending on experience
