Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring correct billing
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Engage with guests to promote a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat visits
- Adhere to all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
- Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service environments, particularly within bars or restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling payments and change accurately
- Effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Pay: £12.21-£17.86 per hour
